A.EMERY offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging intact. We strive to ensure your footwear and apparel pieces are the perfect fit for your wardrobe.

Initiate Return

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Package

Place the items in their original dust bags and shoe boxes, ensuring they are packed securely inside the original shipping carton.

Label and Post

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once received, our team will inspect the items within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
